About Loughlin Electric

Loughlin Electric, Inc. was started in the spring of 1987 by Jim Loughlin. Jim was a single man company when he started the company with only one truck and working out of his parent’s basement. Jim would take on the small jobs that no one else wanted to do. It took many years to build the business from the one truck he started with to how we operate today. We have five trucks on the road and are still doing the small jobs no one else wants to take on, as well as larger jobs! It was Jim’s goal to get as many repeat customers as we could by doing clean, quality work. Jim’s dad had told him not long after he started the business, “Your customers may not know good electrical from bad, but they do know clean from dirty.” Since that day Loughlin Electric only hires the most qualified technicians who do clean, quality electrical work.

Our company supports The Random Smile Project. The Random Smile Project provides a bridge of support to people going through difficult times. We also support the local community sports programs including Field Hockey, Baseball, Hockey, and Basketball, The Franklin Youth Baseball and High School sport programs at Tri-County, Franklin High, Bellingham High, and King Philip.
